I am used of Vitamin-E, I take EVION 400mg of Medicine in use of first time in today.My age 23 Year old and i am very smart.please tell me i take this medicine of use. Yes / No
And i have already use Vitamin-C, of CAC-1000 please let me know this medicine is my best. Yes / No
The best Vitamin C that is easily absorb by our human body comes natural from the consumption of fruits. So my best suggestion is taking fresh fruit every day. As the saying goes, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”
