What is the correct way of eating fruits?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS!  

FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.
